| The problem with being a business major is that one sees everything in business terms. So if you think of heaven in economic terms...mainly a demand curve of the precious and semiprecious stones and metals a graph would explain that since the supply is so high the items no longer has value. But then it kind of goes to marketing too with perceived value. Also since the opinion of these items are drastically different between heaven and earth one can see how we are aliens if we are citizens of heaven. |

Reminds me of a joke I heard long ago....
A very wealthy man died and went to heaven. When he got to the pearly gates, Saint Peter (why do we think Peter meets us at the pearly gates? ) ... anyway ...
Peter told him he could go back and bring anything with him that he wanted, but it all had to fit into one suitcase.
When the man returned, Peter asked the man to see in his suitcase.
The man opened the suitcase and it was filled with gold.
Peter looked at it and then said to the man ....
